Construction and Leasehold Improvement Financing

  • For property to be used by your business, Construction Financing up to $5 million for ground up construction, including the land purchase or for tenant improvements.
    • SBA 7(a) Financing will allow up to 90% for ground up construction financing with a 25 year repayment term.  Up to 100% for tenant improvement financing with up to 15 year repayment term.
    • SBA 504 Financing will allow up to 90% financing and up to 20 repayment term for 504 portion and 25 year repayment term for the first mortgage.
    • Non SBA Conventional Financing will allow up to 75% financing.
